Albertson Call

Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Albertson Call ("we", "us", or "our") operates the inventory management platform available at alspumps.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, role, and hashed authentication credentials.
  • Operational data: inventory items, vehicles, locations, purchase orders, vendor records, and related business records you enter into the Service.
  • Integration data: when you connect QuickBooks Online or other third-party services, we store the OAuth tokens and configuration data (encrypted at rest) required to perform the sync you authorize.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and timestamps used for security and diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Authenticate users and protect against unauthorized access.
  • Synchronize inventory and accounting data between the Service and third-party platforms you authorize, such as QuickBooks Online.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) when you explicitly connect your account. When connected, we exchange item, vendor, purchase order, and related data with QuickBooks Online solely to provide the sync features you have enabled. Your data with Intuit is governed by the Intuit Global Privacy Statement. You may disconnect the integration at any time from the Integrations page inside the Service.

5. Data Storage and Security

We host data on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. OAuth credentials and other sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption (Fernet/AES). We use TLS for data in transit, role- based access control, and audit logging. No system is fully secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

  • With third-party services you explicitly authorize (e.g., QuickBooks Online).
  • With service providers that host or operate the Service on our behalf.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
